Cancellations - Should a cancellation or date be necessary, we request a minimum of 24 hour notice. Customers scheduling more than 1 service will be asked to hold their reservation with a credit card. There will be a 50% charge applied to the credit card for a no show.

Gratuities - tipping is left to the discretion of our clients. Packages and gift certificates do not include gratuities.

Payment Options - We accept cash, local Personal Checks, and major credit cards.

We request that you disclose any medical condition and/or prescription medications you are taking as some services may contradict.

In keeping with our commitment to cleanliness, safety and hygiene, we sterilize and sanitize equipment for all services and treatments.

We regret that we cannot be responsible for loss or damage of personal articles. Please keep all valuables with you during your appointments. Some services require you to change into a robe, lockers are provided for your belongings.

We enjoy children. However, in consideration of other spa guests, we request children do not attend your spa services.

Prices are subject to change without notice. Call to ensure that the prices listed are current as promotions are held that often affect prices.

Gift certificates are available for purchase, please be aware that they are non-refundable. Product purchases can be exchanged.

Pre-paid services are non-refundable. A gift certificate shall be issued to be used at a later time. As with any change in service or cancellation, we request a minimum of 24 hour notice.
